The TSSI is managed by a group of distinguished trustees with a wealth of experience in various professional fields. They are all volunteers and receive no remuneration. They are committed to ensuring that young students across the country have access to tertiary education. The Board members are:
- Dr Anthony Oteng-Gyasi – Chairman. He is the Chaiman of Tropical Cable and Conductor Limited and a former Chairman of the University of Ghana Council.
- Dr Alfred Teddy Konu – Trustee. He was a Registrar at the university of Ghana
- Prof. Clifford Nii Boi Tagoe – Trustee. He was a Vice Chancellor at the University of Ghana
